Course Overview
This course is a 1 day course for professionals looking at specialising further in lymph node massage, a natural treatment over an intrusive procedure. The course is delivered by our highly qualified and experienced Beauty Lecturers, who will offer full support throughout in our modern and professional on site salons.
Learning outcomes will be:
- Recap of the main lymph nodes of the body, blood vessels of head and neck and relationship between blood and lymph
- Contraindication to Manual Lymphatic Draining Massage treatment
- Explanation and demonstration of manual lymphatic drainage massage techniques, that can be sequenced and applied to any part of the body and incorporated into your massage routine.
You will be assessed by:
- Practical tasks
- Short knowledge and understanding tasks completed in class with your tutor
On successful completion of this course you will receive a college certificate that is recognised in industry.
This course will commence in September 2024. It is a 1 day course 10am-4pm. Day to be confirmed at enrolment. This programme is aimed at learners aged 19 and over (adult only).
You MUST already be L3 qualified in Beauty Therapy (you will need to provide your certificates at enrolment)
A minimum of a L1 qualification in English is also required. You may have to complete a written assessment at enrolment

If you are aged 16-18 and applying for a full-time programme, then you will not have to pay for your course. If you are aged 19+ then there may be a fee for your course.
