Initial consultation

Firstly, get in touch with our Employer Engagement Team for an initial consultation.

Assess and advise

During this consultation, our team will find out about your business and your requirements. Once your business needs are determined, they'll advise you on the next steps. This is very much a joint effort.


If you’d like to hire an Apprentice we'll advertise your Apprenticeship vacancy through the National Apprenticeship Service website. We'll also advertise your vacancy through the College’s channels, ensuring we reach as many potential candidates as possible.

Talent Pool

We have a pool of talented candidates who have previously expressed interest in Apprenticeships, so we'll be able to reach out to these individuals in order to find you the perfect fit for your organisation and your vacancy.


We'll review applications, pre-screen candidates and help you arrange interviews with suitable candidates. We aim to make the recruitment process as straightforward as possible.


Once you have employed your new Apprentice or have identified current staff to take on an Apprenticeship, the Apprentice will be assigned a dedicated Assessor who will develop a training plan. They'll visit your Apprentice regularly to make sure they are on track and will be your point of contact for anything you may need in regard to your Apprentice or further support.
