Working at Coventry College

Coventry College was formed in August 2017 when City College Coventry and Henley College Coventry merged. We work over two bustling campuses – City Campus, situated in the town centre and Henley Campus, in the North East of the City.

We are the largest Further Education College in the area, delivering vocational, technical and professional education and training to students of all ages, from Entry Level to Higher Education.

We are committed to providing exceptional education, skills and training to meet the needs of individuals, businesses and communities across the region.

Why work for us

It is an extremely exciting time for the College and for the City! Coventry has been chosen at the UK’s European City of Sport 2019 as well as being awarded UK’s City of Culture 2021 – both of which will bring about exciting opportunities for the College.

Coventry College welcomes ambitious, driven individuals who are passionate about education and improving skills in the City and the wider region. In return, we offer a generous salary and benefits package.

“Working at Coventry College is great because you get to work with a variety of different people and develop your skills to meet the needs of the young people in our community. I love being able to put my own stamp on the work that I do, and it is so motivating to know that it makes a difference”

Nicola Knott, who joined Coventry College as Campaigns Officer in Nov 2018

“This will be my 14th year at the College and I can honestly say I still find it an exciting and inspiring place to work! Of course, there are better and worse days but overall, I love doing what I do. I have had so many opportunities here and made some great friends along the way.”

Pete Glackin, Head of Rugby & Sports Academies
