Coventry College was formed in August 2017 when City College Coventry and Henley College Coventry merged. We work over two bustling campuses – City Campus, situated in the town centre and Henley Campus, in the North East of the City.
We are the largest Further Education college in the area, delivering vocational, technical and professional education and training to students of all ages, from entry level to Higher Education.
We are committed to providing exceptional education, skills and training to meet the needs of individuals, businesses and communities across the region.
We’re looking for candidates from a range of backgrounds to teach at Further Education level. A teaching qualification isn’t essential – the life and career experience you bring to the classroom is a huge asset.
Our strategic values
Our College will be open to all learners, offering a safe environment that celebrates diversity.
We will strive for excellence in all our work, enabling our learners to realise their full potential in a positive, inspiring and caring environment.
We will have high aspirations for all learners that support and challenge everyone.
We will value our staff, learners, stakeholders and partners, promoting mutual respect and a culture of openness, personal responsibility and accountability.
We will engage with all stakeholders, consulting and seeking their input and welcoming feedback.
We will work collaboratively to deliver our College’s vision, strategy and values.
