What’s Next? Coventry College promotes positive progression for learners
Coventry College will host a string of events this month to help learners decide their next steps after college.
Coventry College’s ‘What’s Next?’ campaign will run from Monday, March 7 until Friday, March 18, with industry professionals and expert staff on hand to discuss progression opportunities and help learners put their best foot forward.
The initiative will kick off with an Apprenticeship Advice Drop-In on Monday, March 7 from 10am until 12pm at the Coventry College Campus Starbucks, while one-to-one progression interviews will be held every Monday to Friday across the two weeks.
An Employer Fair will take place from 9.30am until 12.30pm on Tuesday, March 8 and Wednesday, March 9 at Coventry College’s Next Steps Hub, giving learners the chance to meet a variety of industry representatives and discuss potential careers.
A National Careers Week Virtual Careers Fair is also being held online, from Monday, 7 March until Saturday, March 12.
Support from Coventry College’s Careers Service and Employer Team will be available to learners who are completing their studies and those progressing onto the second year of their programmes, with the chance to discuss apprenticeships, higher education, workplace experience and industry placements.
