HR Business Partner

Salary: £36,521 – £39,919 per annum
Hours: 37 hours per week
We have an exciting opportunity for a qualified HR Business Partner to provide advice, support and guidance to managers and to pro-actively manage an employee relations caseload with an emphasis on driving down absence management, early intervention at an informal level and providing training and support for managers to positively impact performance management. Ideally, you’ll have a flair for spreadsheets and analysing reports to assist with the strategic development of the HR service and the wider College.
As an HR Business Partner, you should:
- Hold a Level 7 CIPD qualification, or equivalent
- Hold a minimum Level 2 qualification in Maths and English, or willingness to work towards
You should also be able to demonstrate:
- Experience of developing and implementing HR policies and procedures in line with organisational and legislative requirements
- Experience of dealing with complex employee cases (including safeguarding related issues) and working with line managers to achieve successful outcomes
- Experience of managing restructuring/redundancy/change management programmes
- Experience of developing and enhancing HR systems and processes
