There will be a number of trips and visits to restaurants and hotels to gain the real life experiences of what it is like to work in the hospitality sector. In addition to this guest speaker chefs and hotel managers also visit college to support in career advice and guidance. You will also be required to undertake some work experience as part of the course which your tutor and work placement team will guide you through.
