Salary: £28,824-£31,506 dependent on qualifications and experience

37 hours per week

We are looking for a proven Information and Systems Analyst to join our Management Information Systems and Exam Team on a permanent basis.

The successful candidate will support the reporting requirements within the College and work with the Director of MIS to take forward future reporting developments to ultimately support the College in our mission to deliver high quality provision and outcomes for our learners.

Main duties of the role include:

  • To review, develop and implement effective business systems and efficient data management processes to support teaching & learning, operational and information sharing services.
  • To review, develop and maintain the College’s management information systems user interfaces and web-based applications to support teaching & learning, operational and information sharing services.
  • To develop and deliver a dynamic, accessible and fit for purpose reporting solution, meeting the needs of the College and servicing its business and quality improvement cycles.
  • To prepare, publish and manage related project plans that deliver agreed reporting, system and process development and improvement objectives.
  • To develop and maintain collaborative working relationships with cross college teams and colleagues, providing a balanced customer and data centric service.
