This exciting course is designed to give you the skills you need to progress into employment in the airport and aviation industry, working in careers in passenger check in and airport security

This course is specifically designed for adults only, aged 19+, looking for a change in career or upskilling to get back into employment.

On successful completion of the course you will be offered an interview with Swissport.

Course content includes:

  • Employability skills
  • Customer Service
  • Introduction to the aviation industry
  • Check in process at the airport
  • Aviation legislation

The course is 4 weeks long and will commence in October 2023

Fees and funding

If you are aged 16-18 and applying for a full-time programme, then you will not have to pay for your course. If you are aged 19+ then there may be a fee for your course.
