You will be studying:

  • Developing Productive Working Relationships with Colleagues
  • Maintaining the Health, Hygiene, Safety and Security of the Working Environment
  • Maintaining Food Safety when Storing, Preparing and Cooking Food
  • Plus a Technical Certificate and Functional Skills

You will be assessed by assessments that take place in your workplace and by a portfolio of evidence of knowledge and competence in performing a range of tasks built up over a period of time.

Minimum GCSE grade 4 (C) in maths & English or Level 2 Functional Skills in Literacy and Numeracy, plus a successful interview.
