Level 3 Advanced Apprenticeship in Professional Cookery
You will be able to learn on the job and get paid while studying for your qualification. However, if you do not have a job then we will help you to find one.
You will be studying:
- Developing Productive Working Relationships with Colleagues
- Maintaining the Health, Hygiene, Safety and Security of the Working Environment
- Maintaining Food Safety when Storing, Preparing and Cooking Food
- Plus a Technical Certificate and Functional Skills
You will be assessed by assessments that take place in your workplace and by a portfolio of evidence of knowledge and competence in performing a range of tasks built up over a period of time.
Minimum GCSE grade 4 (C) in maths & English or Level 2 Functional Skills in Literacy and Numeracy, plus a successful interview.
