Become an Apprentice
The Level 3 Infrastructure Technician qualification is designed for those interested in working in the IT industry. in particular those who wish to support others who are using technology.
As an Infrastructure Technician apprentice you will be providing support to internal and external customers and will be helping them to be productive when using technology to do their own jobs. You will be using tools to problem solve and troubleshoot non routine problems.
Subjects you may cover include:
Grades D/3 or above in maths and English
You will be required to sit functional skill Level 2 maths and English if you do not have grades C (4) or above.
