An Apprenticeship enables you to learn on the job and earn while studying for your qualifications. This course is for those who wish to pursue a career in any sector using IT software. You must be employed for at least 16 hours a week using IT; however if you do not have a job we may be able to help you find one.

  • Presentation Software
  • Project Management Software
  • Spreadsheet Software
  • Website Software
  • Word Processing Software

An additional 34 credits is needed to achieve the diploma. Each unit is worth approximately 4 credits. You will be given advice and guidance about your choice of optional units by your assessor together with your employer so that you can take units which best fit with your role and responsibilities.

You can use your workplace evidence for the units or you can sit a Level 2 exam for some of the units.

You can progress on to an ITQ Level 3 Certificate.

You will need to be employed for at least 16 hours a week using IT; however if you do not have a job we may be able to help you find one.
