Level 2 Intermediate Apprenticeship in Food & Beverage Service
You will be able to learn on the job and get paid while studying for your qualification. However, if you do not have a job then we will help you to find one.
You will be studying:
- Maintaining a Safe, Hygienic and Secure Working Environment
- Contributing to Effective Teamwork
- Giving Customers a Positive Impression of Yourself and Your Organisation
- Maintaining Food Safety when Storing, Holding and Serving Food
Plus a technical certificate and English and maths.
Assessments take place in the work place and a portfolio of evidence of knowledge and competence in performing a range of tasks built up over a period of time. You can progress on to the Level 3 in Food and Beverage Service Apprenticeship.
Minimum GCSE grade 3 (D) in maths and English or Functional Skills in Literacy and Numeracy Level 1. Plus a positive school reference and a successful interview.
