Who it is suitable for?
This course is designed for learners who want to increase their knowledge and understanding of Workplace Violence and Harassment across any sector.
How is the qualification structured?
To be awarded this qualification, learners are required to successfully complete four mandatory units:
- Contributing to a Positive and Safe Working Environment
- Violence in the Workplace
- Understanding Aggression, Bullying and Harassment in the Workplace
- Understanding Equality, Diversity and Inclusion in the Workplace
How is it assessed?
To achieve the Level 2 Certificate in Workplace Violence & Harassment you must successfully demonstrate your achievement of all the learning outcomes and assessment criteria of the units. This is achieved by completing assessments provided in the learning resources. The Level 2 Certificate in Workplace Violence & Harassment is internally assessed.
There are no specific recommended prior learning requirements for this qualification. You must be aged 19+ and resided in the EU for the last 3 years in order to access funding.
This course is free of charge*, however, there is a charge of £50 which will be payable if you do not complete the course.
