You do not need any prior accounting knowledge as this course will give you a solid background in single entry bookkeeping.
We would recommend that you first studied the Access Award in Business Skills or have appropriate business experience.
This is a basic entry-level qualification and can provide a solid grounding for students with no previous bookkeeping knowledge or experience, before moving on to the Access to Award in Accounting Software and then foundation-level qualifications. AAT Membership – Your AAT membership allows you to sit the assessments to gain this qualification and also to have access to study support resources for this course
GCSE English and Maths Grade D/3 or completion of a diagnostic test to assess your literacy and numeracy. We would recommend that you first studied the Access Award in Business Skills or have appropriate business experience.
