Samhar began her studies at Coventry College by enrolling in the Access to Business & Management course. It was a challenging time, as the COVID-19 pandemic had just begun, and she also welcomed her first child. Balancing the responsibilities of being a new parent, working, and studying was no easy task. Despite the difficulties, Samhar persevered. After completing her studies at Coventry College, Samhar enrolled in the Top-Up degree in Business & Management at Warwickshire College University in 2023. Her goal was clear: to achieve a First-Class Honours degree. Through determination, consistency, and resilience, Samhar achieved her goal, becoming the first person in her family to graduate from university with such an achievement.

What’s Next: Building a Career and Pursuing a Master’s Degree
After completing her degree, Samhar worked as an Employment Relations (ER) Assistant Advisor at Mitie, where she gained valuable experience in the field of HR. With her sights set on furthering her career, she has now enrolled in a Master’s in International Human Resources at Coventry University. Samhar is passionate about continuing to build a meaningful career in HR or Recruitment, where she can make a positive impact while growing both personally and professionally.
