We are looking for a hard working individual to join our network team, learning key skills to support the operation by dealing with customer queries, purchases & complaints maintaining the high level of customer service experience to our key accounts.

What will the Apprentice be doing?

• Customer Service and Traffic Enquiries / Queries
• Monitoring and Reporting
• Administration
• Customer, Driver, Depot & Member Engagement

What training will the Apprentice take and what qualification will the Apprentice get at the end?

  • NVQ Level 2 in Customer Service
  • Functional skills in maths and English
  • Employment rights and responsibilities
  • Training will be completed in the work place on a weekly basis

What is the expected career progression after this Apprenticeship?

Excellent future progression into a full-time position with the company depending on attitude and performance during the apprenticeship
