You may be entitled to a loan, grant or bursary to help with the cost of your studies.

If you’re aged 19-23 and have not achieved a Level 3 qualification (A Level equivalent) won’t need to pay for your Access to Higher Education programme.

Advanced Learner Loan

You can apply for this loan to help with the costs of your course. Eligibility doesn’t depend on your income and there are no credit checks.

What’s more, Student Finance England – who provide the loan will write off any outstanding Advanced Learner Loan balances you owe for an Access to Higher Education course once you complete a higher education course. This means you do not have to repay it.
