14-16 Player Pathway Programme
The Player Pathway Programme (PPP) is for talented rugby players aged 14-16 and enables young players to continue their development and focus on post school education and rugby union pathway opportunities.
This unique programme covers a variety of rugby union components including strength and conditioning, nutritional guidance and analysis of performance to enhance a young person’s rugby potential.
The programme also provides:
- A one-to-one support mechanism to develop knowledge and understanding of the game
- An opportunity to use video to analyse performances
- Skills clinics to break down performance components
- An opportunity to progress to the full time 16-18 rugby union education programme
Players will require parental consent before starting the programme.
