Year 11 Player Pathway Programme

The Player Pathway Programme (PPP) is for talented rugby players who are in Year 11 and enables young players to continue their development and focus on post school education and rugby union pathway opportunities.

This unique programme covers a variety of rugby union components including strength and conditioning, nutritional guidance and analysis of performance to enhance a young person’s rugby potential.

The programme also provides:

  • A one-to-one support mechanism to develop knowledge and understanding of the game
  • An opportunity to use video to analyse performances
  • Skills clinics to break down performance components
  • An opportunity to progress to the full time 16-18 rugby union education programme

Players will require parental consent before starting the programme.
